In most cases of digestive disorders, the causes remain un clear. It can be hard to tell what triggers symptoms of a digestive disorder or who is going to get one and when.
The most common of all digestive disorders is of course heartburn. Nearly 30% of the population gets heartburn at some time or rather. A smaller percentage get a more serious illness called GERD. Another serious digestive disorder is stomach ulcers. This can be a crippling illness for some. Ulcers are open sores found in the membrane of certain areas of the body. Stress is a major factor for causing stomach ulcers.
So is the lifestlye and diet you maintain. Constipation, while funny to some is a major irritant to others. Constipation is usually caused by either not enough roughage or fibre in the diet or an abrupt change in your diet. Constipation is a major cause of hemorrhoids.
Smoking can cause all sorts of digestive disorders. Ranging from stomach ulcers to heartburn and peptic ulcers.
Diverticulitis can be caused by smoking and is another digestive disorder worth talking about as it’s a common illness. Diverticulitis is an inflammation in the small pouches in your colon. When this happen, these pouches can catch food in them and lead to infection.
